i. Custom Design: Tall Guy Media will create a Professionally
Designed Custom Website with an emphasis on Your Businesses
logo, branding, colors, services and etc.
ii. Website Pages: Multiple website pages to describe the
various products and services that Your Business has to offer.
iii. Domain Names / Email Accounts: Tall Guy Media will register
and or transfer the appropriate domain names (i.e.
www.tallguymedia.com). Tall Guy Media will set-up any domain
based email accounts (i.e. info@tallguymedia.com) that Your
Business may need.

iii. Domain Names / Email Accounts: Tall Guy Media will register

Business may need.
iv. Website Hosting and Maintenance: The website will be hosted on Tall Guy Media’s Blue Link servers (99.9%
uptime), as part of your website package. Tall Guy Media offers regular maintenance, updates and changes
throughout the year at no additional charge.
v. Standard Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Tall Guy Media uses only the best practices when it comes to
optimizing websites for search engines. Tall Guy Media will determine "content to meta discription" accuracy and a
score of no less the 90% percent will be accepted for the home page of the website. The site will then be coded
with the following tags which will include but are not necessarily limited to: Title, Meta, Content, Description,
Keywords and Robots. In addition to manual major search engine submission, Tall Guy Media will also build a XML
based site map which is submitted to major search engines monthly for crawling.
vi. Website Traffic Monitoring and Reporting: Tall Guy Media will hard code the website with Google Analytics.
Google analytics will allow the client the ability to monitor the traffic that comes to and from the website. This will
allow website monitoring for new vs. returning visitors, page views, top page views, average time visitors spend
on the website, geographic locations, search engine referrals, keyword phrases and much more.
vii. Customer Support: Tall Guy Media is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. (Central
